Refund Policy
We offer a 100-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 100 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided during our conversation. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
For damaged or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and arrange a solution.
For exchanges, the quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the current one. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
